Inside you will find hardwood floors throughout, two bedrooms to comfortably accommodate four people, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area as well as a three-piece bathroom. The large living room area features ample seating area with flat screen TV and satellite service. Free high-speed wireless internet access is also provided for the convenience of our guests. Recent renovations feature the addition of a heat-pump to provide our visitors with cool, refreshing air-conditioned comfort.

Gerritsen’s Cottage is available from June to October.
Rates:
All rates are based upon double occupancy (2 people). Gerritsen’s Cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. Rates for additional guests are indicated below.
Weekly High-Season:
$1,400.00 per week. Each additional person $150.00 /week.
Daily High-Season:
$225.00 per night. Each additional person $25.00 /night.
Weekly Off-Season (September 1 – October 1):
$1,200.00 per week.
Daily Off-Season (September 1 – October 1):
$180.00 per night.
